These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the DZAI service.

By using the site you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

Separate terms apply to the DZAI service, and you agree to those when you sign up for it. Nothing on this website creates an obligation on us to supply anything to you.

Everything on this site describing DZAI — features, modules, the app, the safety chain, the way support or moderation behaves — is a general description. It is not an offer, a quotation, a specification, or a commitment to supply.

• Features described here may change, be redesigned or be withdrawn.
• Nothing on this site is a quotation. Current pricing and terms are those shown at sign-up.
• Nothing here is a promise about how any particular server, community or configuration will behave.
• Illustrative panels — the copilot example and the support transcript — are labelled as examples. They are written demonstrations of intended behaviour, not recordings of real sessions.

If you're making a decision that depends on a specific capability, ask us rather than relying on a marketing page.

This website itself takes no payment and creates no account — that happens in the product, under its own terms. There is no form anywhere on this site and it collects no personal data. See the privacy notice for the detail.

Don't do things that would be obviously unwelcome:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
• Interfering with the site's operation, or requesting it at a volume that degrades it for others.
• Using the site to distribute malware, or to host or link to unlawful material.
• Copying the site's design, code, copy or imagery to present as your own, or to market a competing product.

We may restrict access to the site without notice if we believe it's being misused.

The DZAI name, the shield-and-brain mark, and the design, copy, layout and code of this site belong to us. Using the site doesn't grant you any licence to them.

The typefaces used here — Saira and Martian Mono — are third-party open-source fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License and remain the property of their respective authors.

This site refers to platforms, games and services operated by other companies, in order to describe what DZAI works with. Those references are descriptive. They do not imply any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

"PlayStation" and the PS Family logo are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment. "Xbox" and the Xbox logo are trademarks of Microsoft. DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive. All other trademarks, including those of any server hosting provider named on this site, are the property of their respective owners.

DZAI is an independent companion service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Bohemia Interactive, or any server hosting provider.

Where this site links somewhere else, we don't control that destination and aren't responsible for its content, its availability, or how it handles your data. A link isn't an endorsement.

The site is provided as it is. We don't warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that the information on it is complete, current or accurate at any given moment. We may change or remove anything on it without notice, including descriptions of features.
